Hood with HEPA filter mod. 701 - 701R

The Asalair extractor hood mod. 701 is a bench-top extractor hood equipped with an absolute Hepa (High efficiency particulate air) filter, MPPS tested according to CEN 1822 regulations with overall efficiency 99.995% class H14.
It is an excellent cabin for the protection of personnel and the environment, but it does not protect the product handled in it from external contamination. It can be advantageously used in all cases where it is not essential or a priority to protect the product from the air present in the laboratory (e.g. opening of biological samples to be analyzed, weighing, sieving, crushing or as protection for centrifuges or other devices at risk of aerosol, etc.)
It can be installed on any bench.
The worktop is a brushed Aisi 316L 2B stainless steel basin, removable, which allows the hood to be housed even on tubs or sinks.
Steel construction with anti-acid powder coating, RAL 9010.
In the version with UNI EN 14175-1-2-3: 2003 certification, the hood is equipped as standard with a Ø 150 mm conveyor fitting with windproof grille, which the customer must MUST fit, for the exhaust to the outside of the treated air.
In the version with only certification according to EN 61010-1: 2001, the hood does not require any connection.

Accessories on request:
  • Air conveyor connection diam.mm. 150 for external drain with windproof grille. In the UNI EN 14175 certified hood, the air conveyor is supplied as standard.
  • Fixed support or with wheels to house the hood, removable, in powder coated steel with bilaminate top. Dimensions LxWxH: 750x750x830 (860 with wheels) mm.
  • 4 wheels kit for hood support
  • Metal chest of 3 drawers with wheels dim. LxWxH mm. 410x500x570 to be inserted under the support.
  • Lower front closure in stainless steel
  • Lower front closure in stainless steel complete with 15 W germicidal lamp and safety micro switch.
  • To light the germicidal lamp: place the stainless steel cover on the front opening,
  • close with the special knobs and connect the cable to the external service socket
  • Additional external power socket no. 3 seats (schuko and / or Italian)
