BS 3 DG Digital water bath

The digital water bath of our production can be used for multiple applications such as, for example, incubation with precision thermostatic control, precision thermal immersion tests on samples, to subject samples to rapid and uniform heating or more.

Construction features

Construction entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning.
Pressed tank with rounded corners to ensure maximum ease of cleaning and hygiene.
Insulated gap between the tank and the external steel casing (in high quality mineral fiber) to ensure effective thermal insulation, avoid unnecessary dispersion of electricity and ensure isothermal conditions throughout the tank.
Semicircular armored heating elements arranged to cover the entire area of the tank bottom for maximum thermal uniformity, with double perforated cover bottom.
Temperature detection probe fixed in the inside of the tank to directly take the water temperature value, to ensure the maximum possible accuracy of reading by the digital thermoregulator.
Complete with tap for complete water drainage.
Height-adjustable non-slip rubber feet.

Standard heat regulation equipment

PID digital thermoregulator with autotuning with NTC probe
Temperature range from + 5 ° C above room temperature up to boiling water (lid required in this case)
Resolution displayed in three digits (0.1 ° C), double display (set point, detected temperature)
Double overtemperature protection system as standard:
a) Adjustable independent safety thermostat (Class 3.1 - DIN 12880), is activated in case of failure of the main thermoregulator or of the probe or as protection on the water level, with visual alarm (with the relative probe placed inside the tank)
b) Safety device with variable intervention threshold according to the set point (at 1.5 ° C fixed over set point, class 2 - DIN 12880), in case of failure of the main thermoregulator, with visual alarm
Temperature uniformity in the tank: ± 0.25 ° C at 80 ° C
Thermostating accuracy (time): ± 0.2 ° C at 80 ° C
Compliant with EUROPEAN COUNCIL DIRECTIVES 2006/42 / EC (Machinery Directive), 2014/35 / EU (Low Voltage Directive), 2014/30 / EU (Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive) and with standards EN 6101-1: (2001)
Factory temperature calibration standard certificate (1 value)
