With a normal standard size autoclave you can sterilize an average of 4 kg, with Onyx B you can sterilize from 5 to 7 kg of instruments. With a single double load cycle, time reduction by 50%.

PID System
PID stands for derived proportional integral and is the maximum expression of closed-chain controls. The structure of this sophisticated control is simple and flexible. PID ensures constant control and monitoring of the entire functional system of the autoclave, automatically intervening in the event of anomalies on incorrect technical and electronic parameters. A device that behaves like “a real technician” with the ability to diagnose and intervene in real time. A solution that limits anomalies and alarms and any downtime of the machine, guaranteeing maximum reliability.

SD card
The SD CARD system allows you to constantly update the equipment, simply
by downloading the updates on it electronically and then inserting it into the system on the autoclave. An extraordinary option to always have the device efficient and updated and sterilization data saved.

This situation, together with the great variety of tools used, as well as the birth of multi-professional structures, have given rise to the need to have autoclaves that make it possible to sterilize increasingly larger loads. The Onyx project was born with the aim of satisfying these needs, adopting specific and innovative solutions, which allow you to easily manage even partial loads.

FL system - Full Load
To avoid manual loads, with the possibility of external transfer of water, the Onyx B autoclaves have an automatic system of the pure water tank, through a sensor-controlled pump with “overflow” level and automatic block. The charge is frontal, it has no opening or removable cover system, thus allowing simple installation of the appliance.

Trays suitable for all loading needs
The trays of different sizes allow you to insert tools with bulky bags, arrange the load in a more rational way, thus being able to carry out different loads and following the correct indications for the arrangement of the load.

PHD system
Preheating system with stand by, for the maintenance of the minimum temperature and consequent reduction of the overall times of the sterilization cycles.

Connection to water mains
The Onyx B autoclaves are hydrically autonomous as they are equipped with a double tank of pure water and waste water, and are also designed for connection to the water mains through the osmosis system mod. PURA Plus.

Inspectable tanks
In case of insertion of inadequate liquids, the autoclave tanks can be inspected and cleaned, as required by the technical regulations. Onyx B autoclaves are equipped with pure water and used water tanks. Each tank is equipped with probes for level signaling.

Night cycles
Automatic night cycles with anti-condensation system and automatic switch-off.

System ID
Integrated password-protected operator authentication system that allows the operator to be associated with the sterilized load at the end of the cycle and also to have visual validation of the operator himself. Such
authentication is then also reported in the load traceability procedure.

Reduction of maintenance
The Onyx B autoclaves allow you to make large loads and thus reduce the number of cycles performed. This means extending the life of the autoclave by over 50%, reducing maintenance costs and amortizing the cost of the product over time.

7 sterilization cycles
Onyx B was created with the aim of rationalizing the work of sterilization staff, therefore the choice was made to equip these equipment with a series of cycles, designed for the best management of times and operational needs in the outpatient setting.

Fully automatic cycles
All cycles are completely automatic, all phases are managed by the advanced board equipped with a sophisticated microprocessor. Each phase (vacuum, preheating, exposure time, drying) is monitored, supported and managed automatically. There is no human involvement in the unfolding of the cycles.
