These sterile disposable plastic syringes with minimal dead space are an immediate and non-traumatic solution to meet the needs of diabetic patients, ensuring a painless injection.

Sterile medical device, single use.
Dead space compliant with EN ISO 8537 specifications.
The fixed needle ensures safe painless injection and accurate administration.
The pad printed graduation scale allows for easier reading.

Cylinder: transparent polypropylene.
Rod: opaque polypropylene.
Piston: non-toxic synthetic rubber with two sealing rings.
Cannula: AISI 304 stainless steel; diameter and length according to EN ISO 8537.
Needle cover: orange polypropylene.
Lubricant: silicone for medical use.
Graduation scale: according to EN ISO 8537. Blister (sterile barrier system): medical paper - plastic film.

Method of sterilization
10% ethylene oxide + 90% CO2; cycle validated according to EN ISO 11135.
